My Love letter to [Whom it may concern]

Posted in guys, ladies, love, personal by Nono Fara on January 28, 2009

A reminder from Shamimi about Love has truly give a ‘wack’ to my wacky unrealistic day-dreaming about another love-sick I am currently experiencing.

I have to agree to what Shamimi said:

“…everything that happens are upon Allah’s will. Be it good or bad. We need to cherish them or accept that as a challenge. Meeting people or breaking up with them is also upon Allah’s will. We seriously need to accept it and face our destiny ahead. Detach with them if we must or maintain a good relationship with them, if we could. There is no need to investigate through the ex private matters and ruin their relationship, because no matter how obsess we are with them, they might just go away forever. Even worse, if we’re already with them (non-ex.still in a relationship) this private detective behavior could be something that just push us away from them. Trust them if we want, walk away if we have to and do not pull the others into the picture.

…getting to know people is surely interesting. Especially when we get close to someone that we have a “thing” with. But does that “thing” really turns out the way we want it to be is what matters the most. As the relationship evolves, so does the feeling. If we get what we want in the relationship, it’s great. But if we’re still not there or it’s actually never there perhaps we should take a step.

Take a step behind - to assess what we have and reevaluate our feelings. It is also a chance for the other person stop and look back and see what he/she overlooked.

Take a step ahead
- for us to discover our inner potential. To move on with our life without messing up our life with love. If it’s actually there, it will reach us no matter how high we are. If we’re lucky He/she will chase us. or else, there is something more for us out there.”

Extra note:

it’s worth noting that while all relationships have the optimum distance, relationships are not necessarily static. The dynamics evolve and change over time, especially when one or both parties go through major life transitions, such as graduation, marriage, parenthood, divorce, retirement and so on. Remain open-minded and allow any changes to occur. There is no reason to get too attached to a particular arrangement. If that structure falls out of favor, it’s possible to discover a new approach that can still provide the same peaceful relationship, perhaps in a different way. It’s possible that the other party becomes no longer available to meet particular needs of yours — if this happens, simply move on and find other people who can fill that void. Forcing relationships to be anything other than what they are is never a good idea.

Just allow your relationships to be what they want to be. You never know — some of your struggling relationships may turn out to be surprisingly compatible, once you give it a breathing room or a little nudge to get closer.

Enjoy the discovery, and relationships as they are meant to be.

Ian’s note:

I really hope to those in the same shoes or boat as I am, please do not let ‘romantic’ bf/gf relationship blocks from being who you want to be, do what you want to do and drives you crazy. Be the best, do the best and make yourself the best person you know, or at least make your partner proud ;)

Lets put my brain focus on how to do chemistry and give him all the space and time he needs to be a better person.

I Love you, Wade
Ian

P.s.s: And I am dedicating this to you. Yes, I love you… :)

Photoshoot Outing at Melaka

Posted in personal, photography by Nono Fara on January 25, 2009

Hi all! I am so sorry for not replying  to your comments. I WILL reply you later (asap) alright? But before that, I want you to enjoy the pictures below. Hehehehe… :D

Tadaaaa… So Fishball, as I promised, this is the skirt that I mentioned to you in Plurk.. :P So yeah, yesterday I went to Melaka for a casual photo shoot outing with my friends. And man… The outing was really awesome! I like Melaka very very much! Especially its classy atmospheres. Urm… By the way, in this entry I am not going to blog much about it. I will just upload few photos here together with its captions, heh? :)

Note: Click to enlarge..

So, yeah I met Bro. Chot and his friends… They are very cool and friendly, and they have a very cool camera too. =)

I am so sorry guys. You’ll see a lot of me(s) in this entry.. Hehe. Oh that’s Shud and me. We were concentrating on something which I am not sure what it was. Hurm…

We (me and Faiza) – leaning against the A Famosa wall..

A candid shot of me and Mizah from Faiza… :)

There were 16 of us actually but only 9 of us in the picture.

I have an announcement here. I would like to invite all of you to my photo blog at nonofarahshila PHOTOBLOG. :P So far, I have uploaded 22 pictures in 9 separated entries due to the fact that Photoblog only allows me to upload 5 pictures per post. I have also enable the comments from non-registered commenters so feel free to response on my photos alright. And for those who loves photography, I would like to invite you to join Photoblog. I think Photoblog is cool… ;)

Be aware that, I’ve changed the posted date for each entry. It supposed to be today 25th January 2009 but as I mentioned to you earlier, Photoblog only allows me to upload 5 pictures per post and it will not allow me to publish the entry if I have more than 1 entry on the same date. I know it is quite stupid, but still I like Photoblog.. Hehe. But whatever it is, you must visit my photoblog! LOL .. :D

Last one from me, urm this is just a short rambling or a tribute to myself and also to everyone who are meant to be part of my life be it in my last time, in the future and also in this present moment (LOL, sorry for being overly dramatic here)… But honestly, although my life and myself isn’t that perfect but I am glad to be me and I feel very lucky to live the life that I had or have so far. I met a lot of people, learned about them, befriend with them, and have chance to know their friends too. I feel blast, bless and bliss, and I really dont want to lose it but, I hope I can just continously treasure it if it is possible. If it isn’t possible then, I need to bear in mind that everything that happens are upon Allah’s wills.

Lastly, thank you for your presence people! You make my life interesting.. **hugs all**

Pictures worth thousand words

Here is my story…

Last Tuesday we went to Pudu Terminal to check the bus schedule to Melaka. Yes people, I am going to Melaka on the 24th January (this Saturday) for another photo shoot outing. We were thinking on going to Melaka by bus, unfortunately the tickets were sold out so we decided to drive to Melaka. In fact, this is our initial plan actually – drive to Melaka. And guess what, Chot is going to Melaka too for his street photo shoot. Hoooyeah~

They are all my juniors or better known as my partner in crime. From left to right: Shuhada, Tiya and Lina. Oh don’t you think the graffiti looks so cool?

Then, we walked all the way from Pudu Terminal to Low Yatt Plaza because Shud wants to buy a tripod for her camera but before that, we stopped at Shikiya Restaurant for lunch. I am not a fan of Japanese food, so if you ask me for a date, please do not bring me to Japanese restaurant. To me Japanese food has no extreme taste – the taste is so mild and it makes me feel like I had enough of it, muak lagi memualkan I tell you. Wait, what’s the word in English huh? Corny I think. Do correct me if I am wrong… :P

See, I told you I really had enough of it. I turn sewel (nuts) for a while :P

Oh, guess what, the supervisor of the restaurant treated us a bowl of fried squid. Wait, I repeat – the supervisor of the restaurant treated us a bowl of fried squid! Can you believe it?  Thank God, it makes me back to normal because the fried squid is really yummy! **Dramatic mode**

I would feel very happy if you are a kind of person that will give your ways to people to go out from the monorail first before you enter it. How many of you did that, honestly?

The one who thinks the idea of crossing the road is bad is the first one who reaches the other side of road. Hmm… Macam mana tu?

Kuala Lumpur Tower! I have never been there… Have you?

P.s: I am a fan of Chot now. You can check out his blog [ here ] and also his photo blog [ here ].

P.s.s: Melaka! Here I come…! :) :) :)

Pengetahuan buat semua…

Posted in bahasa melayu, current issue, religion by Nono Fara on January 16, 2009

Adakah kita menyedari bahaya konspirasi terancang Zionisme atas umat manusia, terutamanya umat Islam? Insya-Allah kita sambung pada masa akan datang….

Congratulation Maman! Kakak feel happy for you.

Posted in ladies, memory, music, personal, tag, video, wow! by Nono Fara on January 14, 2009

At last, he got it! I am so happy for him and proud of him too. Alhamdulillah. :)

My two heroes; Maman, and Nabil and also my mum during our family holiday in Sabah last year.

Back in 2005, I remember how frustrated he was when his application for Royal Military College (RMC) was rejected. What really hurt him the most is when some of his friends got the admission to RMC. And back in 2007, once again, I saw the same frustration in his face when he failed to get the opportunity to further his study at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia, and he even failed for his application to join Malaysian Maritime Academy (ALAM). So, he chooses to continue with form 6 but he did it halfway because he didn’t want to proceed with it. Probably he already had enough with school and expecting something different from life. I was too, in form 6 for 2 weeks before I enter Matriculation Centre of IIUM, and I knew that uneasy feeling when I need to wear my school uniform again. Seriously, the enthusiasms of school weren’t there, in my heart anymore. All I want is to go as far as I can go and try to live a new life as a university student. But, my days throughout my 2 weeks of form 6 were really awesome and fun. Hehe… Reminiscing my days 5 years ago really makes me laugh (yes, I am laughing now!). It was crazy and I was extremely insane. Will write about it later heh? ;D

So it is confirmed. Maman will be going to Terengganu for his admission for INSTEP Pertronas this Friday and since my dad is currently in Terengganu so he will accompany Maman for his registration. Basically, INSTEP provides training, technical coaching, job opportunities as well as offering courses for school and diploma leavers, especially for those who are interested in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. And after Mamam finish with INSTEP, insha Allah he will proceed with his degree in the same field. It looks like we were both are meant to work in the same field in the future – which is good. Hoyeah!

Kakak feel happy for you Maman. Mudah-mudahan segalanya akan dipermudahkan… Insha Allah.

Life is a series of choices and it is also about making a right choice and decision too. It is true, we should live life like the one that we want but sometimes, we aren’t that lucky or always be fortunate though. Sometimes, there will be a time – even we tried so hard, and even work hard for it but the luck (note: rezeki) isn’t there. So yes, I believe in luck (note again: REZEKI) although some people might say there is no such thing as being lucky or unlucky; you will only get something if you work hard for it – which is also true. But whatever it is, in this case I learned something that works the other way around – sometimes, you won’t and never get things that you want although you work really giler-giler hard. And if this happen, just go through it, and do not let it take control over your life and never ever give up. Just remember, Allah knows what is best for you and there will be something great awaits you. It is just a matter of time… ;)

P.s:Last time, I used to write about Maman and I prayed to Allah to grant Maman his dreams (I always pray for him – after the prayer and before I go to sleep). For sure I want the best for my brother. And today the prayers have been answered. I am very happy and excited. Once again, alhamdulillah.. [ Click to read ]

Gray or Blue

Posted in music by Nono Fara on January 12, 2009

Currently listening to Jaymay – Gray or Blue ;)

Download: Jaymay%20-%20Gray%20Or%20Blue.mp3

I feel so helpless now, my guitar is not around
And I’m struggling with the xylophone to make these feelings sound
And I’m remembering you singing and bringing you to life
And It’s raining out the window and today it looks like night

You haven’t written to me in a week I’m wondering why that is
Are you too nervous to be lovers, friendships ruined with just one kiss
I watched you very closely I saw you look away
Your eyes are either gray or blue I’m never close enough to say

But your sweatshirt says it all with the hood over your face
I can’t keep staring at your mouth without wondering how it tastes
I’m with another boy; he’s asleep, I’m wide awake
And he tried to win my heart, but it’s taken time

I know the shape of your hands because I watch them when you talk
And I know the shape of your body ’cause I watch it when you walk
And I want to know it all but I’m giving you the lead
So go on, go on and take it, don’t fake it, shake it

Don’t second guess your feelings you were right from the start
And I notice she’s your lover, but she’s nowhere near your heart
This city is for strangers, like the sky is for the stars
But I think it’s very dangerous if we do not take whats ours

And I’m winning you with words because I have no other way
I’d love to look into your face without your eyes turning away
Last night I watched you sing because a person has to try
And I walked home in the rain because a person cannot lie

geram pada dia + teruja pada Bubbly = kacau bilau

Posted in guys, personal by Nono Fara on January 8, 2009

I don’t think I like you in such romantic ways anymore. The feeling.., urm, it comes and it goes just like that. You are too boring and too cold and it is very hard for me to understand you. Words aren’t enough Mister. You didn’t show me that you really-really want me and it makes me think it isn’t worth it at all to have that special feeling for you. So, yeah, before things are getting too serious and hard for me to deal with it, I decided to just forget about it. Seriously, it is not worth it at all!

Shh.. For those who knew him. Please, please, please, keep it to yourself. Please, I beg you. Thank you.

—-

Another story.

I bought myself a new compact camera Nikon S210 which I named it as Bubbly two days ago. Why Bubby? Well, according to Dictionary.com, Bubbly means:

1. full of, producing, or characterized by bubbles.
2. lively; effervescent; enthusiastic

… I like the second definition more though! But personally, Bubbly itself sounds very cheerful, cute and carefree to me… That’s why I named it as Bubbly. Guess what, I am going to put on glitter skins on Bubbly soon. Yeah, soon! Hehe… :D

P.s: Cleo says, just because you have similar interests, doesn’t mean that this is a relationship material. Both need a little connection on intelectual and physical levels too! (Yeah, right)

P.s.s: Sorry for the stupid title. Can’t think of any interesting one. :P

My January 1st was a blast… How about you?

Posted in personal, photography by Nono Fara on January 3, 2009

Nono & En_Me

Didn’t expect to bump into En_Me on the first day of 2009 when me and my friends were doing our photo shoots at the Lake Garden (Taman Tasik Perdana). The best thing is he’s the one who recognized me at first. I was about to say hi to him because the moment I saw him I was like I think I’ve seen his face somewhere but can’t recall where. And suddenly, he asked me “Nono isn’t it?” … I didn’t answer him but I replied him with a question too “En_me isn’t it?” :P Hehe. And yeah, I met En_Me and in the picture above, that’s me and En_Me! Sorry, I need to crop his face part because he requested me to do so gitewww… Gitewww is En_Me trademark by the way. Haha. :) :) :) Anyway, nice to meet you En_Me!

Alhamdulillah, my first day of 2009 was a blast! It started great, filled with joys and laughter, excitement and it ends with a real contentment that is truly indescribable. Thank you Hussain, Ijad, Opie and Shud for the great company… Not to forget, En_Me, because he’s part of the excitement too. I think I have nothing much to say here. Just enjoy the pictures below okay? :)
